Self Love is not selfish

the purpose of writing this article is that there's a lot of people associate self love with the adjective selfish and I can totally understand why , I guess you too !
in a matter of fact , self-love is an entrance to many things such as , stable self confidence ,
inspiration , respect , power , good social life so on . but the most important is this statement
" if you loved yourself the people around you will love you back "
. it means the way you treat yourself will hit back on the way how people will treat you .
and the only way to differentiate if the person you are dealing with is selfish or self loving is ; loving yourself should not take away the love for others as selfish does !!
there's many reason why you should love yourself I can write that in a whole different article
the the most important is self love comes in many ways. For example
doing exercise and walking is on of them .
taking care of your health physically and mentally is the main core of self loving .
treating yourself good in front of others also plays a huge role in the journey of self loving never allows the others to make jokes on you , you are not anyone's clown , do not allow them to judge you personally and lastly remember that you have the right to express your opinion and others should respect it !
no matter how many times they made you feel you are bad darling believe me there's who's worst .
